It's a Bacchetta Giro recumbent from Stuart at BikeFix and it's really comfy with two 26" wheels and a Rohloff 14-speed hub gear. Here we are together in Bartoszyce, Poland:
A friend has likened this bike to a mobile sun-lounger which, in fine weather, is a pretty accurate description. Comfort is a major consideration when planning to ride 120+ miles per day for 6 months. The furthest I ever rode an upright "sticky" bike was LEL, 1400km over 5 days, and frankly that was enough, you can imagine the gory details... RTW is over 20 times that distance.

Here is a Raptobike I tested earlier, thanks to Stuart at BikeFix |
You won't regret the Rohloff :-) I have one on my Trice and love it.
